I begin working on orders same day, but time varies depending on the product and how long it takes to make (typically 2-3 days for most items). I make everything by hand and in small batches to ensure quality, but as soon as orders are prepared, they are shipped to the customer. Every customer will be updated via email on the status of their order.

Most of the time. Yes. Some of the time. No. Here's why: All of my products are made with sustainably sourced, certified organic and natural ingredients. Most of them are fragranced using natural essential oils I blend myself. However, some of my products do include artificial fragrances and there for cannot be labeled as a 100% organic or natural product as a result (although it may be the only artificial ingredient added to that product). I only sale a handful of artificially fragranced products and they are all labeled as such and fall under the "Seven Scents" department.
