Natural and organic: these two words are often used together and can sometimes seem interchangeable but, of course, they are not. Products labeled natural or include natural ingredients are produced in nature (botanical or nature-derived) but may not be 100% organic or organically produced. Organic ingredients are plant-based and nature-derived and are grown and produced without manufactured pesticides or artificial fertilizers, etc. Natural products may still contain chemicals, organic products do not. Here at seven we label our products so that you can make a conscious decision about what you choose to put on your skin.
Certain products may be made with organic and/or natural ingredients but cannot be advertised as 100% organic or 100% natural simply due to the addition of a fragrance oil - this is also mentioned in the descriptions for products with fragrance oils added in them.
