Exchanges for different products cannot be made, once it has been opened I cannot reuse. Refunds are considered depending on the circumstances surrounding the order, based on discretion. In the case of a refund: If there is something wrong with the product, I will provide the shipping label so it can be mailed back to me BEFORE a refund is processed.
