Please let me know if there are any issues with your order upon arrival. If there is an issue with any of the items upon delivery, please let me know within 48hrs to resolve. Exchanges for different products cannot be made, once it has been opened I cannot reuse. Refunds are considered depending on the circumstances surrounding the order, based on discretion. In the case of a refund: If there is something wrong with the product, I will provide the shipping label so it can be mailed back to me BEFORE a refund is processed. After 48hrs no refunds/returns can be made.
