SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed by Thursday of each week will be shipped before or on Saturday of each week. Updates for orders are sent out regularly with purchase and shipping information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please let me know if there are any issues with your order upon arrival. If there is an issue with any of items upon delivery, please let me know within 48hrs to resolve. Exchanges for different products cannot be made, once it has been opened, I cannot reuse. Refunds are considered depending on the circumstances surrounding the order, based on discretion. After 48hrs no refunds/returns can be made.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 24HRS after the order has been placed.

*Disclaimer for products (including Seven Scents): These products are not heavily scented, this is intentional to keep the integrity of the product and most importantly to avoid skin irritation.
** ( All items from Seven Scents are body products, not intended for your face - I DO NOT ADD FRAGRANCE OILS TO ANY OF MY PRODUCTS SPECIFICALLY INTENDED TO BE USED ON YOUR FACE - for ex. cucumber face cleansers are made with natural cucumber products but they will not smell like cucumber melon or any other artificial scent you may be familiar with - it smells “earthy” - same for Seven oats products intended to be used directly on your face).
You should be able to smell the fragrance but it should not be incredibly overwhelming.
I make these products with natural and organic oils and butters and some of them contain strong natural scents that people may not care for (like unrefined Shea butter, organic grape seed oil, turmeric, cucumber powder etc.). While I love a good fragrance, the goal of Seven Konnect Skincare is to promote consistency in healthy skincare, self care and wellness - I do not add extra fragrance oils to compensate for that/cover it up (in my scented products and/or unscented products), your skin would not appreciate it.
